Diarrhea before the jab... :(

this time round the jab hurts mad crazy! the other time the relief doctor did an even better job lor! WTF! this time i can even feel the "pain" when the fluid was injected in.. NB... hurts big time and bled more than the other time! even ask me to press onto the wound for 10mins... the other time i din even have to do it! wakao..

when i tot my phobia for injection is over... i was wrong -.-

i cried after the jab.. :( think i was scared-ed more than the pain.. !!! grhhhh!! 3rd jab otw in 5 months' time.. sux lah!

cudnt slp well last nite.. thks to my aching arm and stirrrrringgg stomach... :(

was on half day AL as it was grandma's death anniversary.. 5 years have passed.. and we still miss you as much... may you have reunited with ah gong.. da gugu and daddy.. love you all still..

lotas things happened for the past 1 mth.. bad things of cos.. generally my days werent so good or not even average until today is a good day! thou a bad start! cos of a stupid nitemare!

went SIMS PLACE MEDICAL CLINIC ytd after work.. for the cervical jab..
its a jab which can help to prevent getting cervical cancer.. there is a total of 3 jabs.. first jab was taken ytd, second jab in another month's time den the last jab will be six months from there...

did know where i found the courage which made me decide to go for the jab alone..

while waiting for my turn, i shed tears.. cos i was just too scared! (yes i noe im chicken) i told the doctor that i was scared and such... i even attempt to dodge a few times..

the doctor was gentle...

it was soon over before i know it..

and i learnt smth new today.

Narcissistic behavior is the outcome of a personality disorder known as narcissistic personality disorder. It is characterized by a distorted self-image, intense emotions, intense love for self and an exaggerated sense of superiority. These behavior characteristics are actually used as defense mechanisms by a narcissist, to conceal his deep sense of insecurity and low self-esteem.

Narcissism is defined as intense admiration or affection for self. This term has been derived from a Greek myth, in which a handsome young man named Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection after seeing it in a pool of water. The term was first used in the context of the human mind and behavior by Austrian psychiatrist, Sigmund Freud.

The causes for narcissistic personality disorder can be traced back to the childhood of the person suffering from the disorder. By the onset of early adulthood, the trauma experienced in childhood engulfs the mind of the individual. Excessive pampering, parents pressurizing the child to do something in order to enhance their own self esteem, neglect by the parents or abuse by elders can eventually trigger narcissistic personality disorder.

Narcissistic Behavior Traits or Characteristics

A person suffering from narcissistic personality disorder exhibits some specific behavior traits or patterns.

•Narcissists are hypersensitive to insults, defeat, criticism, and often tend to react aggressively when faced with such situations.

•They are introverts, hence they don't make it obvious even if they are hurt.

•They are preoccupied with fantasies related to power, wealth, success and love.

•They feel that they are special and hence desire to be treated in a special way.

•They lack the ability to understand humane emotions. They don't try to understand other people's needs, feelings or viewpoints.

•Narcissists are self-centered and consider themselves to be superior to others.

•They are boastful and often indulge in exaggerating themselves and their achievements.

•They set unrealistic goals for themselves and don't hesitate in taking extreme measures to attain these goals.

•They like being constantly admired and crave to be the center of attention always.

•They appear very arrogant in nature and sport an unnecessary attitude or ego most of the time.

•They are always envious about others but simultaneously think that other people are envious about them.

ytd sent my fone for servicing and software upgrade.. so i had to use the nokia spare fone.. nbm.. din noe that the fone wasnt fully charged! sian 1/2 cos i was out at ion for recruitment.. still can tahan.. all thanks to my itchy hand.. the fone got LOCKED! and prompt for PUK code.. stupidly and KNN geikiang i tried my luck for the PUK code (not knowing that i cud actually get it from singtel by just making a TOLL FREE phone call!) ... end up.. simcard gt 'damaged' seriously 'phoneless' for almost one whole day! FML!

den today.. for nth i kena nag my AHRM -.- to due some silly miscom.. okay still nvm.. den we have a new Hiring mgr on board.. den she urge me to PR when the new mgr.. as she will be my future boss.. i cud sense the unknowing tension between me n my peer.. well.. for me im not keen on fighting for that "throne" .. if my peer is.. goodluck den!

back from my bd trip :)

im officailly a licensed driver on e road of cos bao wouldnt let any chance of resting to slip by! 7 hours of intensive driving to our destination for both of us is a killer!! hahaha.. yupyup.. halfway thru i took over the wheels.. average of 110 - 120km/hr.. wooo.. was seriously nervous though.. so far... erm so good lar.. hahaha.. just gotta be more cautios to road condition and improve on my reaction!

the trip was a relaxing one.. slow.. and lotas of R&R!! massage! thumbs up! i love the weather lur! back in sgp.. -.- seriously.. OMFG!

no time to waste, went into departmental stores and started my retail therapy! hahaha.. top bottoms and shoe :D weeee...~~ waited for ah bao to end his day's work.. and we had dinner at mac.. wanted to try the Mcgrill so badly.. unfortunately.. it was quite a disappointment.. sighs!

In line with this, the HDB has confirmed that it will be able to raise the number of build-to-order (BTO) units from the earlier planned record number of 22,000 to 25,000. He said he also told HDB to "build ahead of demand" by tendering projects as soon as architectural drawings and documents are ready. At present, a tender is called only after 70 percent of orders have been confirmed, hence the term BTO.
"Given robust demand, I told them to proceed to build, knowing that the orders will definitely come," he said. "We can return to normal BTO approach after we have stabilised the situation."He also directed the HDB to sustain the new pace of building, suggesting that at least another 25,000 flats would be built for next year or a total of 50,000 flats over a two-year period."As we intend to ease the $8,000 income ceiling on HDB flats, we can expect additional demand and we have to prepare for that," he said.
There had earlier been indications that the government would raise the income ceiling to $10,000 for HDB flats from $8,000 and to $12,000 for executive condominium flats from $10,000. HDB flat prices have shot up in Singapore amid strong demand and limited supply, stirring up discontent among Singaporeans. The rise in housing prices has slowed somewhat since the government's implementation of sets of measures to cool the property market last year and this year.
In his first blog post on Friday, Minister Khaw has said his priority is to focus on the housing needs of groups such as young couples, divorcees with children and low income families.Also on Friday, the government launched close to 4,000 BTO flats in Tampines, Punggol, Pasir Ris and Woodlands.

im damn proud of myself lah...
i made it i made it!! 42.195km.. its a very unforgettable moment when i ran thru the finishing point.. seriously.. damn proud.. and the timing of 0531.. almost moved myself to tears! and i seriously meant it.. the last 5km was really hell.. i cud barely brisk walk.. the encouragement that we give each other along the way was of great help! dragging one another along e way.. er nv give up.. we nv pangseh! haha.. till the last 300m.. we dashed thru the finishing point.. for MEDAL FINISHER TEE BANANA WATER 100PLUS! LOL!!

while i was on my bed tis morning after the run, my mind kept reminiscing about the run.. the journey there.. the journey back..somehow i tin im really addicted to running... AT NITE! only at nite pls.. i dun feel tired at all...

for my first 5km.. i nv stop.. jus jog all e way.. thanks to the pacer who kept me gg on until i met my 10km mark within an hour's time.. woooo.. great effort.. and i began with my brisk walk.. but i was pretty problematic throughout lah! went toilet twice because i drank too much water! den i was complaining about my hunger when i was at my 15th km!! haha.. tryin to find food at the foodcourt!lol.. nth left but malay food.. -.-

once a yr you can to officially LITTER as much as u wan n like! lol.,. the cups lah.. gelpack.. banana skin.. nb jus anyhow throw! no1 will kb or fine u! shiok sia!! lol.. aye.. its nt my habit afterall .. jus get to have such privilege for once!

energy gel n bananas kept my stomach occupied for abit.. haha.. i will not forget the journey back.. somehow.. i dun see it as an 'endless' run.. i was enjoying it.. except the route along CHANGI AIRPORT! knn sians! nth to see.. nth to distract me but the noisy planes! along e way i was cursing n swearing lah.. cos my toe hurts..

i tin i need to train up my leg muscles.. i have the stamina but my leg wasnt coorperative.. :(

The Elections Department has released the final tally of votes cast at the recent General Election that concluded on 7 May. The total number of local and overseas votes cast was 2,060,373, including 44,737 rejected votes.

The PAP saw a marginal vote share increase in Sembawang GRC, Bukit Panjang SMC, Hougang SMC, Joo Chiat SMG, Punggol East SMC and Sengkang West SMC

Other PAP-held wards saw a decrease between 0.01 per cent and 0.03 per cent.

The margin remains unchanged for Ang Mo Kio GRC, Chua Chu Kang GRC, East Coast GRC, Jurong GRC, Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, Tampines GRC, West Coast GRC, Hong Kah SMC, Pioneer SMC and Potong Pasir SMC.
